Top of the line reverse osmosis water filtration system and 2 water heater to make sure everyone get a hot shower after a day of fun. Outdoor community pool is open at the end of June. Tennis court for guests and residence. Only 5-minute walk to the several of Park City's most popular restaurants, main grocery store, liquor store, post office and much more. We look forward to your arrival.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
During the warmer months, leave the A/C on 75 degrees Fahrenheit. During the colder months, the heater should be left at 72 degrees.
Community trash bin is located 5 doors to the left of the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
One form of Federal picture ID will be required before Check-in. Valid Driver's License, Passport, Other Federal ID with PHOTO.
HOA Does not allow smoking ANYWHERE around the community.
There are other units below where the bedrooms are located. After quiet hour begins at 10 p.m., enjoy gathering in the living room/kitchen area.

We had a fabulous stay in this unit. Our host was great - she checked in several times with us. The unit was so well stocked - kitchen equipment, paper goods, towels, etc. etc. I would recommend this unit to anyone going to Park City! You are very close to town, grocery stores, the free shuttle bus to and from the slopes & town, etc. My family would come back here in a heartbeat1

This was a great place four our family of three couples to stay for a few days. The living room, dining area and kitchen are spacious and there are two chairs on the deck where we could sit and read. It’s an easy walk to a plaza with a great grocery store and a few nice restaurants.
