The Accommodation
The 165-square-meter holiday rental consists of a large kitchen that opens onto a spacious living area featuring a dining room and living room; a bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room on the ground floor, as well as 4 family bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with a private shower room and toilet, allowing us to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.
Outside, the cottage features a small private terrace of 45 m² with a table and chairs for dining al fresco, plus a charcoal grill.
Located near (50 m) Chatillon Beach. A lively spot in the summer, with supervised swimming during peak season; a smaller, more intimate beach at the end of the pier; and for nature lovers, we’re just a few minutes’ walk from some more “wild” spots. You can also take a stroll around the harbour; treat yourself to an ice cream at “Chez Gust,” or take the time to sit on the patio at one of the two restaurants (“Bar restaurant de la plage” / “Ô Lac”) to enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.
Please note: the house is located in a shared courtyard with other owners. Parties and events are not permitted out of respect for the neighbors and to ensure their well-being.
Guest access
Private parking in a private courtyard for two cars. Municipal parking just a stone’s throw away.
