About this property

Shabby Chic

This cozy home is located on the back side of our 15 acre property. Extremely private and very quiet. Your neighbors are the next door neighbor’s cows and his one sweet donkey. You have a private driveway entrance and the entire house will be yours. No one will be bothering you at all. It’s a nice getaway from all the crazy things happening right now. Or You can be in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood in about an hour and a half. Asheville North Carolina in an hour and 15 mins. There is a new huge shopping plaza called the Pinnacle about 8 minutes from the house. Plenty of shopping and loads of restaurants.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Loved the Cozy Cottage

Staying at the Cozy Cottage was enjoyable, fun and very Cozy. The place was very inviting and resources for a homey-type vacation were all present. All we needed was on hand including a phenomenal spice cabinet. The home was clean and decorated tastefully and had lots of family friendly options. We were fortunate to meet the owners upon arrival and they were very congenial and accommodating. We would highly recommend The Cozy Cottage to anyone looking for a memorable (in a good way) experience in the beautiful mountainous area of northeastern Tennessee.

This adorable, comfy, cozy cottage was truly amazing. Everything about the trip was perfect. The cottage is decorated in shabby chic with the most adorable decorations and fun surprises! The property is beautiful! We had a fire going in the fire out and we just enjoyed the back porch with all of the fun decor and furniture. The ceiling fans were definitely a nice touch! The owner is awesome. She has literally thought of everything to stock in this cottage for her guests! I was on a girls trip with 4 of my best friends and we were all so impressed with the details she’s put into this cottage for us to experience. The owner came to our rescue, no questions asked, when our blender didn’t work. It was margarita night and she came instantly with her own personal blender to get us through! Extremely friendly owner who truly goes above and beyond the call of duty for her clients. I will be back!! Thank you, Candy!!

Peace on the Mountain

We went to Bristol for the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals, but the house was so nice and peaceful, and Ms. Candace was such a gracious hostess, it would have been worth the trip without the race.

Cozy Cottage was a great experience!!!

The whole family absolutely loved staying here. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. The back porch is awesome to just sit back and relax along with all of the outside games that they have. The Host Candace was amazing and very informative on everything. We would definitely love to come back
