This incredibly clean and professionally designed resort-style home is the perfect space for a Scottsdale/Phoenix vacation or family getaway. House is great for small groups to socialize, come relax by the pool ($85/day 3-day min). Minutes from great shops and restaurants, and golf courses.



Eastern sunrise mountain view, fire pit, saltwater pool, and amazing entertaining backyard, putting green, pool floats/toys, BBQ, botanical garden, desert landscape, and a fully stocked kitchen included.

Great winter getaway in Phoenix!

We had a wonderful stay at Ross’s house and would absolute stay again on a future trip! It came stocked with everything we could need and our kids loved the heated pool in the back yard. We enjoyed having a happy hour each afternoon on the patio while watching the golfers on the course behind the house.

This property is our new favorite, and its not even close. This place is perfect from the time you get there till you begrudging have to admit your vacation is over. The ambiance and decor of the place is difficult to explain unless you've been there. It was absolutely perfect. Can't say enough good about this place!!

Desert getaway

Husband had a convention at resort close by and we decided to stay at this rental for more relaxed experience. House and grounds were perfect for us and everything was well maintained, clean and lovely. We enjoyed every aspect of this rental, especially the relaxing patio with beautiful landscaping, pool, putting green and fire pit. Also enjoyed watching the quail and beautiful birds darting about the golf course directly behind home. Property manager was very attentive and easy to contact. I would definitely I return here in the future.

Beautiful home in a lovely setting

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home in North Phoenix! The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that offered the peace and tranquility we were looking for. The property itself is pristine — beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the golf course from the backyard — it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, especially in the mornings and evenings. Ross was an exceptional host, very welcoming and attentive to our needs. He made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This home truly made our trip to Phoenix memorable, and we would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Perfectly Relaxing

My husband and I, along with our son, stayed here the weekend prior to moving him in to GCU. It is exactly as listed, spacious, very clean, and comfortably appointed with all that is needed for home away from home. The outdoor hardscaping and pool were perfect for the three of us to enjoy some time together before parting ways. We enjoyed the golf course view, seeing golfers tee off from the hole, and the wild life from the private back yard. The location is great for convenient shopping, including grocery and dining out. Most everything is within minutes, yet it doesn’t feel that way, as the home is tucked away on a private, quiet neighborhood street. We would definitely consider staying here again for our next visit.

Nice property in a great area!

I traveled with my mom and 2 sisters and it was perfect for us. We would come back to the property mid afternoon to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood and sleeping accommodations worked out really well. Would definitely go back to this property again.

Great stay!

Loved it it was beautiful! Beautiful location, property manager easy to work with, pool fire pit watching the guys golf open and high ceilings. Tv in two of the rooms, just wish it would have a tv where the two twin beds are for the kids. Other then that 0 complaints.

10/10....fantastic place and great location!

Our family stayed for the entire month of May....and we didn’t want to leave! The house was perfect, backyard beautiful....and location amazing. We regularly walked to the JW Marriott for refreshments and the Desert Ridge shopping plaza for some retail therapy! Short drive to great hiking trails. Overall a really great way to experience life in AZ....we all want to move there!
