The apartment/house "Pied à terre N.°1" located in a secure residence in Porticcio "Les Jardins du Fort", offers an ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends, with all the amenities you need to relax and have fun.
The place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for recharging your batteries by the private pool.
The accommodation has an outdoor area of 500m2 planted with palm trees and plantations that surround the private swimming pool. Its access through a private gate makes it completely independent of the residence. Thus, several cars can park there safely.
Two wooden terrace areas are available, one on which you can relax in the lounges, the swimming pool, the solariums and the other "covered" terrace on which you can enjoy alfresco meals with barbecue and plancha or simply to have a drink in the living room admiring the sunset over the sea.
The 105 m2 accommodation is composed of a large living room with living room, kitchen, living room giving access to the terrace covered by large bay windows.
The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge+freezer, wine cellar, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ice maker, washing machine. You also have a drying rack, a board and an iron.
The long corridor crossing the apartment invites you into the sleeping area with its 3 bedrooms as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and the entire living space is WIFI.
The rental price includes the departure cleaning, the beds made on your arrival, the towels, the tourist taxes and the WIFI.

Check in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. In case of late arrival from 8 pm to 10 pm, an additional 60 euros will be requested (between 10 pm and 6 am, 96 euros) to be handed over in person to Yohan from the concierge service.
Check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. In case of early departure from 6 am to 8 am, an additional 60 euros (before 6 am, 96 euros) will be requested by Yohan and delivered in person.

Upon arrival in the bay of Ajaccio, you will be guided and greeted by Johan, in charge of Check-in and Check-out.
A cleaning deposit will be requested up to 180 euros (check or cash) and returned on your departure.
