UTV, ATV and Snowmobilers dream location! Fully renovated in 2020. Only 150 yards to the ATV and snowmobile trail. Great location!Ride the trail right into town only a few blocks away. Close to all the in-town conveniences including groceries, gas, restaurants, bars, hospital and hardware. High speed WiFi internet and full cell phone service. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a one car attached garage and full basement provides the perfect in town location.
