Lovely, light and very pleasant 115 m2 family house with swimming pool, not overlooked, in a small Provencal village 15 km from Aix-en-Provence.
You'll be able to soak up all the sunshine by the pool in idleness mode. A terrace with a pergola houses an outdoor table and chairs. A gas plancha is also available on the terrace.
The 450m² grounds are equipped with a swing, a slide and a table tennis table for the children.

Genoten van 2 weken in de provence

We hebben goed weer gehad tijdens ons verblijf en genoten vooral van harte van het tuintje met afkoelend klein, maar groot genoeg zwembad voor af te koelen! Het huis zelf was niet echt proper bij onze aankomst. Wel een fijn ontvangst van Sandra! Qua keuken was alles aanwezig maar we moesten dingen herafwassen voor we het konden gebruiken. De vaatwasser hebben we niet echt gebruikt, deze zorgde niet echt voor een propere afwas. Dan maar met de hand afgewassen. Een kleine portie dreft kon ons nog helpen de eerste twee dagen. Daarna hebben we zelf afwasmiddel gekocht. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en geven veel licht, jammer van de harde matras, maar dit is goesting. Wel weinig kledingruimte, maar 1 smalle kast voorzien. Ik heb dus mijn jurken in een trappenhal moeten hangen waar vermoedelijk jassen horen te hangen. Dat brengt mij naar het wasmachine, die wel handig is om te gebruiken. Hoewel de properheid ook hier niet 100% was. Keuken is voor de rest makkelijk in onderhoud en groot genoeg voor zelf een potje te koken. Ook de plancha in de tuin hebben we meermaals van genoten. De ramen sluiten goed af qua geluid en warmte, we waren ook zeer blij met de rolluiken, hebben zelfs de airco niet moeten gebruiken. In het algemeen denk ik dat de gehele woning nog niet volledig klaar is qua renovatie, dit komt vaak slordig over. Als het af is, lijkt me het wel een mooie woonst. Ligt vlak bij een klein dorpje saint-cannat. Niet veel te zien of open, hebben vaak andere stadjes ook bezocht.
