Der einzige Nachteil ist die Lage, eine Hanglage mit steilem Einfahrtsweg - zu Fuß zum Skibus (ca. 200-250 m) mit der Skiausrüstung war etwas schwierig. Mit gewöhnlichen Schuhe kein Problem - genau so weit bis zum Ortszentrum (max. 300 m) - Post, Einkauf, Restaurant/Pizzeria.
