* Each part of the attached townhouses is 1,500 sq ft: Unit B has 4 beds (3 queen beds and a large couch) and 3 full baths; Unit C has 5 beds (4 queen beds, a convertible sofa bed) and 3 full baths. Can accommodate up to 14 guests!



* Every bedroom is appointed with Smart/TV (includes Netflix, Hulu, Fubo TV, and other streaming apps), and a luxury pillow-top mattress.

My group (12 girls) had a fantastic stay at Ryan's home. It was perfect for a group of girls - mirrors in ever room with outlets and chairs. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms all with an equal sleeping set up. Nice outdoor space. Could not have been better!

We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect, everyone loved it! Each couple was able to have there own bathrooms which was awesome and everything was super clean. The host responded right away whenever we had any questions. Definitely recommending to anyone staying in nashville. We will most definitely stay here again when we come back.

We had the 2 units in the back near the alley. 7 bedrooms and 7 people and we all came on our own schedules for a business function there and it was perfect for what we needed. Appreciated the bocce court and outdoor area.

This property was perfect for our group. It was exactly as pictured. It is right in German town and perfectly situated within walking distance to restaurants, breweries and bars. Easy to get around as well. There are electric scooters EVERYWHERE so you don’t have to walk if you done want to. German Town is safe, vibrant and people are out and about jogging, walking dogs, pushing strollers, etc. daily. Downtown is a quick and easy uber ride. Ubers/Lyft are everywhere so your wait is about 5min for a ride. We walked back from broadway one evening just to see what it was like. The walk took us 20min. Super easy and felt safe. Of course we were 7 dudes, but we passed a few groups of college kids walking from German Town to downtown, so that should tell you something. Overall it was a perfect location and setup for us. Out of the craziness of downtown but close enough to jump in when desired.

Everything was great. Only one suggestion would be to have a floor mat at the entrance of the place. We came in after a day of wintery wet weather. The sidewalk was wet with leaves on it. Without any mat we tracked up the entire place hauling in our stuff. Other than that no complaints.

Girls Retirement Holiday Weekend

We had a group of 13 ladies for a retirement celebration in Nashville and had a fabulous time! The 7BR and 6BA were perfect for our group! Each BR was lovelier than the last. The 2 places were exactly as pictured. If you have rented both B and C, there is quick and easy access to both sides via a side door. The outdoor space is turf and very clean, but you do share the yard with house A, which fairly close. We were initially concerned, as there are quiet hours posted from 9-9 and you are not to be in the outdoor space after 9pm. This turned out not to be an issue for our group. We did have an issue with the air conditioner on night one where it got up to 80 degrees. We contacted the owner, Natasha, and she had an air conditioner tech there almost immediately (and this was a holiday weekend)!! It was fixed very quickly and we were all very thankful! The location is in Germantown and there are lots of cute bars/restaurants within east walking distance. We felt very safe in the neighborhood walking as well. Uber rides to downtown Broadway very inexpensive. We all agreed we would absolutely stay here again!!

Siblings Reunion - The Magnificent Seven

Everything was perfect!! The beds were all comfortable. The house had all the kitchen supplies we needed, even a hand mixer, measuring cups and cookie sheet. I am one of 7 siblings and we all met up here for 5 nights. Every one had their own bedroom. The "red" duplex had a large kitchen table where we fit 8 or nine people and played board games and did most of our hanging out. The back yard area was awesome and the whole place felt very private. It was also very quiet. E were able to walk to several restaurants in the neighborhood.. My favorite was 5th and Taylor... delicious bread! Others enjoyed Amerigos, a short drive away. Maybe best of all was the location... we picked up two of my sisters at the airport and it was only about a 15 minute drive. We saw a show at the Ryman and one at the Opry House, both were very convenient to get to. We also did the Great Big Game Show at the Opry Mills Mall which was super fun and closeby. Of course Broadway was very close too. We were able to fit 5 cars in the parking area (had to park some pretty close together, but it worked.) Lastly, the host Ryan was awesome. Check in was a breeze and he was so responsive to any of my questions or concerns beforehand. We'll be back!!

Great location

We stayed here for a 40th birthday party with 5 couples. Everyone had plenty of space and each couple had their own bathroom. Ate outside at Butchertown Hall around the corner, it was fantastic. We walked to downtown and back, it’s a longer walk but very doable. Several restaurants along the way. Sedona Taphouse was our favorite. The common area outside is nice. The owners were very responsive to a text about an electrical outlet. Would highly recommend.

Great Bachelorette House!

I stayed at B & C with a group of 14 women for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! The decor of the house is so cute and the layout is ideal (6 bathrooms with showers, spacious bedrooms with closets, large living room space for groups). We also loved the bocci court and the backyard space! The turf made it a fun and clean hangout space. The location was ideal (10 min Uber to downtown/The Gulch) with 3 coffee shops under 0.3miles away, pizza close by, and cute decor on the street outside. I would definitely recommend this house for any large group! Safe and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were so quick to answer any question I had and the door lock setup is so ideal! Thank you!!

This duplex opened its doors in April 2021 on the backlot of our first short-term rental property in Germantown. We chose this location because of its charming vibes, rich history (dating back to its 1850s establishment by European Immigrants), architectural treasures, and thoughtfully designed urban mixed-use development. We hope you will quickly see why Germantown is considered one of Nashville’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
