Over Sold/Under Performed

Washer flooded condo, dryer did not work, luke warm or no hot water for 5 days, out of order plumbing fixtures on site, broken beach elevator and beach covered in weeds. Staff disinterested in many cases in our interactions. Roaches from under the toilet if a light was not left on at night.
