The house has many technical aids in the beautiful kitchen and good comfort, such as whirlpool and sauna. Outside the house offers two terraces, a 1300 m² plot with lawn including views over the countryside. Not far to Ebeltoft and Øer Maritime Ferieby with many attractions.
