House is nice, neighborhood is rough, manager is AHOLE

House is pretty nice. Good little setup. The area in Fort Lauderale is close and convenient, but not that nice of a. neighborhood. The property manager is THE WORST. We lost a wedding ring at the house (and I understood if they couldn't find it) - but they didn't respond, wouldn't connect, wouldn't help or ANYTHING. They are the worst.

Overall experience was not enjoyable

I regret staying at this property as I ended up paying almost 1000$ a night since the property manager is very hard to communicate with and won’t allow any changes to the reservation even if emergencies happen. The Jacuzzi wasn’t working properly and the outside area wasn’t very clean. The water kept on draining so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities too much.

It appears there may be some confusion regarding this particular review. The reservation in question was made as a last-minute booking but was subsequently canceled by the guests, whom did not check in. As such, this review does not accurately reflect their experience with our property. We encourage future guests to reach out directly if they have any concerns or questions, and we’re happy to clarify any misunderstandings.

Family Fun for Spring Break

The heated pool/spa was fantastic and a big draw for the house. We enjoyed the house and found it to be perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen was outfitted with top of the line appliances; while we didn't really good it added to the high end vibe of the house. We liked the home much better than the neighborhood, but did appreciate that there were several family friendly restaurants (Tipico, BurgerStop and Big Louie's Pizza all within a short walk along with a CVS just over the bridge. We highly recommend renting a mini power boat to check out the beautiful homes and boats in the nearby canals.

Perfect Location!!

Very clean & great location close to everything; restaurants, shopping, and the beach. They had all the amenities we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy. The home is just like the photos! Would definitely stay here again.
