In the summer, in nice, warm weather, a tent for 4 people with complete equipment is available.

The hallway leads into the eat-in kitchen, where there is also access to the sunny terrace and to all other rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Bedroom as intersecting room, 25 sqm and with 1 double bed, TV and Apartment number 1. / 2 rooms through, closed. You have access with 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 12 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (160 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace.
Top floor: Living room Bedroom as intersecting room, 25 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom 12 sqm. Bathroom 5 sqm and with with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Bathroom 5 sqm and with with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet with WC and window.

Pec pod Snezkou, district Velká Úpa, 760 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 20,000 sqm open forest plot with meadow, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The property is situated in a sunny hillside location in a quiet environment, where your house stands, surrounded by meadows, streams, and forests. Access is via a mountain road (paved, length 900 m). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property and a parking space in the village (distance 200 m). In summer, access to the parking lot is 10 m from the house, in winter this access is not possible, parking spaces are 200 m from the house on the main road. Luggage transport to the building is possible with a snowmobile over the slope. Access for persons to the property is via the upper path, i.e., the possibility of transport with a snowmobile or on foot on your own.
