The owners spared no expense on comfort as each bedroom along with the living room has ceiling fans and flat-screen televisions. There is a portable a/c upstairs and downstairs that will keep you nice and cool in the summer months. If you don't want to eat out, it is no problem as you can whip up your favorite meal in the upgraded kitchen which has all stainless steel appliances. In the wintertime, curl up on the sofa and enjoy a nice old-fashioned wood-burning fire in the fireplace. Wi-Fi is provided. The unit has a laundry closet. No pets. No Check-in on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.
