Good location and very nice apartment. Has a cool downtown vibe and we found the distance to everything uptown was manageable to walk. There is major construction work going on next door, but that's no fault of the host. Host was responsive and attentive. Good spot to stay in Charleston.

This was in a great location but it is loud especially with the construction. Being able to walk to King Street was great. The place is well stocked and clean. It does take awhile to get hot water to the sinks but it is an older property. I would definitely consider this property again.Thank you!

Yes, we are located on Upper King Street so very close to all of the shops and restaurants but most of the water activities are on the other end of King Street. We are about 20 minutes to Folly Beach, Sullivans Island and about 30 minutes to North Charleston and Isle of Palms. We do hope to host you again soon!
