The holiday home is a semi-detached house. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use are: children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a porch swing.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. The entrance leads over a 15 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed (appropriate only for children). Separate toilet with WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a garden plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The other half of the house is BAL FEN 009 (5 persons). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Das Haus ist doch gut und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Für ungarische Verhältnisse ist alles in Ordnung. PKW steht gesichert auf Grundstück. Zwei Restaurants sowie Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Haus bzw. Doppelhaushälfte ist sehr geräumig und für Ungarn okay. Gar nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die Vermieterin in unserer Abwesenheit in unserem Haus war. Das wurde im Nachhinein von allen klein geredet. Ich habe mich ab diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr wohl und nicht mehr sicher gefühlt.

Ohne Worte , so schlecht haben wir es noch nie getroffen . Urlauber im Nachbarhaus waren auch schon in diesem Objekt und erzählten von den gleichen Erfahrungen. Nie wieder !!!!

Gute Lage - das haben wir erwartet - Ruhe, Frieden. Geruch der Sauberkeit des Balaton-Wassers / trotz Schlammbildung / und erstaunlicher Kontakt mit Wildtieren - Schwimmen mit Schwänen. Das Haus ist sauber und netter Besitzer. Ein guter Ort zum Ausruhen.
