About this property

The Knoll Nook is a fully updated, approximate 800 square foot, one-bedroom condo, on the water with great lake views. The condo’s large bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. The bedroom has lake views from its windows as well as a full-sized sliding door onto the deck, with more great views, from bed. The kitchen has full-sized appliances and cooking utensils with full service. The living room has a daybed with trundle, ideal for the little ones (the condo is not well-suited for 4 adults), as well as a reclining chair for that late afternoon nap in front of the flat panel TV (and fireplace in-season). The dining room table seats six and complements the open floor plan of the condo. The large deck has dining for 6 with excellent water views.
The condo has high speed wireless internet and cable tv service as well as a full-sized stackable washer and dryer.

The Knoll Nook is located off of State Road KK in Osage Beach and is only minutes from fine dining and entertainment such as Ozarks Distillery, Jeffrey’s, Margartiville, Red Head Yacht Club, Shorty Pants and many others.
The Knoll Nook is in a no-wake cove, making quieter lake activities a treat. Red Head Yacht Club and Shorty Pants are only a short paddle board or kayak ride across the cove. As the Knoll Nook is located on the 22-mile marker, if you are in search of action on the lake, the best-known restaurants are just a short boat ride away. If the quieter side of the lake is your choosing, calmer water is just around the bend towards Tan-Tar-A.
