On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm / 1 double bed 160x200cm + 2 single bunk beds), 1 bathroom (shower + WC), 1 baby bed with wooden bars, 1 living room / library. Balcony-terrace. Contemporary style chalet facing south, located 200 meters from the slopes, on the road to the Col de la Croix de Fer, in the heart of the village. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character and ultra cozy. Balcony-terrace with view of the slopes. Beautiful unobstructed view of the village and the Ornon. Shops and services on site. 200m from the slopes of St Sorlin d'Arves/Les Sybelles area (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310 km of slopes). Traditional resort-village located at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and in the heart of Arvan-Villard, a massif characterized by the 3 majestic Aiguilles d'Arves dominating at 3514m and the Etendard glacier at 3464m. Multitude of sports, outdoor, aerial activities, magnificent hikes, summer and winter alike at all the reference resorts: St Sorlin d'Arves, Le Corbier, La Toussuire, Albiez... Important religious heritage with the famous Chemin of the Baroque.
