Ground floor: living room-kitchen with lounge area, WiFi connection, 1 bedroom with private shower without opening to the outside but second day window overlooking the living room (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), separate WC. Terrace. Gently sloping land. Funicular for Les Arcs 1600 at 100 m, Les Arcs 1600 at 8 km. Sheets not provided. House located 100 m from the funicular link Les Arcs 1600 and 6 km from Bourg St Maurice. In the heart of a small hamlet on the mountainside, overlooking the valley. Superb very clear view of the Beaufortain massif. Very comfortable cottage, renovated in a contemporary and mountain style. Ideally located 100 m from the funicular for Les Arcs 1600 and 6 km from Bourg St Maurice. Magnificent hikes in the Beaufortain massif and the Vanoise National Park. Privileged location in the summer of the Haute-Tarentaise for a trip to Italy via the Col du Petit St Bernard, to discover the mythical Col de l'Iseran on foot or by bike!
