Sloping roof space (total floor area: 7.50 m² with attic parts included - height 1.60 m) with 2 single beds (80x200 cm) without legs. Combined washer-dryer. Smart TV with subscription included Molotov and Netflix. Private outdoor parking. Cellar for storing skis and bicycles (access from the outside). Apartment in a residence with 21 apartments and shops open only during the summer and winter season (grocery store, laundromat and sports shop), opposite the chairlift and cross-country ski trails. Beautiful volumes under the roofs conferring a mountain atmosphere in modernity. All-inclusive services.
