Grand Timber Lodge is a luxury ski-in/out condominium resort offering the largest amenities package in Breckenridge, conveniently located between Peaks 8 and 9 at the world famous Breckenridge Ski Resort. Our exquisitely appointed luxury one bedroom condominium sleeps up to four people. The one bedroom condominium includes a king bed in the master bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Relax in this home away from home with a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, balcony, fireplace, an in-unit washer/dryer set, a jetted tub in the master bath, and spacious living and dining areas. In addition to our one bedroom unit described here we offer studio, two bedroom, and three bedroom units, please contact us for rates and availability. During your stay you will enjoy our close proximity to Breckenridge’s Main Street, indoor/outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, complimentary shuttle bus, pampering spa and salon services, an on-site ski/bike concierge, a bar and restaurant and much more.

In addition, Breckenridge offers many activities including: golfing, white water rafting, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and much more! Whether you prefer adventure or relaxation, you will find our welcoming staff eager to assist in making your vacation to Breckenridge as enjoyable as possible. Grand Timber Lodge's onsite Activities Department can help arrange everything from lift tickets to hot air balloon rides to dinner at a local restaurant. Finally, to make getting here even easier, our Reservations Department offers assistance booking rental cars and ground transportation from area airports.

Great accommodations for a family or friends looking for ski vacation

Highly recommend this property for any friends or family looking for close proximity to skiing, activities in lodge and quick transportation to Main Street for shops and dining. Property was exactly as detailed and very clean.

Nice Place!

The place was great, good location and big amount of space for family of 4. A slight walk to beaver run lift but not too bad as you can ski about halfway there. Ski-in was better than ski-out. Shuttle was easy to use. Parking inside was convenient and pools were great. Lockers convenient for skis. We would stay again. Only issue was during check in the property owners had not changed it into my name so we arrived and we’re not able to check in. Nor was our reservation even visible at the resort despite being paid in full, so we thought that we had no place to stay for the week. Calls needed to be made to the property management company but they eventually cleared up the issue in about 30min and handled things. Not sure what would have occurred had we arrived very late in the evening. Never happened to us after many VRBOs. Lesson learned for us to follow up in advance in the future. Hopefully the owner of this condo will take more care in the future to avoid renters from thinking they were scammed and had nowhere to stay for the week. And perhaps the management company should also have names of renters tied to specific condos they are managing as this was not readily available when we called. This is reason for 1 star on our “check in process” rating. Otherwise this is a great facility, it was clean and we would stay here again.

Not bad but not what I expected.

The condo itself did not feel warm and inviting as shown in the pictures. Apparently there is another property close and we had to deal with a drunk yelling and cussing for hours at an extremely late time.

We always love Grand Timber Lodge!

It’s always perfect, and what may need fixing is done quickly and well. We’ve been going for over twenty years. Now in our 80’s it has the same appeal for our family.
