The house and the facilities are great and the kids loved the swimming pool and indoor play area. Bathroom are a little outdated but still comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and barbecue area is a big plus. Location of the house is really on the middle of nowhere and a 15min drive to the closest city Viborg. The utility costs are extremely high and for a weeks stay you pay on top of your rent another 1000+ euro, something we did not expected to be this high. Overall we had a nice stay and liked the house a lot.

Der Aufenthalt war für die Familie sehr angenehm. Insgesamt sehr sauber. Einige Sachen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Der Swimmingpool hat eine ordentliche Größe.Wie haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Wasser ist schön warm, sehr toll. Die Sporthalle sind sehr groß. Wenn es draußen regnet, hat man hier sehr gute Möglichkeiten sich auszutoben. Die Ferienanlage steht auf einem Hügel, etwas höher gelegenen, mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Fjord. Das ist wirklich fantastisch.

Erstklassges Ferienhaus- mit der Einschränkung hoher Nebenkosten!

Das Ferienhaus überzeugt in nahezu allen Bereichen und bietet eine tolle Ausstattung für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die großzügige Raumaufteilung sorgt für ein angenehmes Wohngefühl, während die stilvolle Einrichtung und die Küche keine Wünsche offenlassen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große Poolbereich und die Sauna, die für Entspannung und Wellness sorgen.Auch die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend: Ein Partyraum mit Spielzimmer sowie ein gepflegter Garten mit Grillhaus laden zu geselligen Stunden ein. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ansprechend und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Der Vermittler hat sich als äußerst zuverlässig erwiesen, sodass die Buchung und Betreuung vor Ort reibungslos verliefen.Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Nebenkosten, die mit fast dem Doppelten der Mietkosten überraschend hoch ausfielen. Dies sollte bei der Planung berücksichtigt werden.Insgesamt ein erstklassiges Ferienhaus – mit der Einschränkung der hohen Nebenkosten.

Skønt feriehus med masser af plads. Vi var 14 personer og der var aktiviteter for alle, både børn og voksne. Skøn natur og rolige omgivelser. Stor opvarmet pool. Eneste minus er strøm prisen, men når man tager varme i poolområdet og den store hal med aktivitet med i tankerne er det nok forventeligt.

Wir waren Ende Oktober 2024 da und können sagen, dass wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden waren.

Wir waren Ende Oktober 2024 da und können sagen, dass wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden waren. Das Haus haben wir genauso vorgefunden wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es war alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche / Geschirr / Kochutensilien etc.). Es ist sehr geräumig. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 12 Kindern (11-17 Jahre) da. Die waren auch sehr begeistert von den vielen abwechslungsreichen Möglichkeiten die Geboten werden (Pool/Halle mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten). Sogar Tennis konnte man spielen. Wichtig zu wissen, der Pool ist groß und tief (ca. 2,5m oder so auf der gesamten Flöche). Für uns war das super. Mit kleinen Kindern muss man halt schauen. Der Whirlpool ist durchgehend mit Wasser befüllt und beheizt (Salzwasser). Sauna ist groß und wird auch heiß genug. Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Highlight ist auch der Pavillon mit der Feuerstelle. Das Holz dafür und für den Kamin gab es gratis dazu. Auch den Gasgrill durfte man nutzen und die Gasflasche ist dabei. Die Vermieterin kann deutsch und ist sehr nett und kulant. Man braucht nur anrufen wenn was ist und es wird sich gekümmert.Zum Thema Verbrauch: ja es ist nicht günstig, aber man darf nicht vergessen wie riesig das Haus ist und vor allem auch der große und tiefe Pool inkl. Raum und der Whirlpool, der die ganze Zeit beheizt wird. Das sind die Hauptkostentreiber. Wir haben am zweiten Tag gebeten die Wassertemperatur des Pools etwas zu senken, was auch gemacht wurde. Dadurch war der Verbrauch merklich runtergegangen. Wir haben für die Woche rund 8.000 DKK verbraucht. Dessen muss man sich einfach bewusst sein um nicht nachher überrascht zu werden.
