Perfectly located, the house awaits you in the first row of houses from the beach. The road is quiet and ends at the house. From the garden you come directly down to the beach. Here you have a beautiful cottage with an open kitchen. There is no door to the small room. In it is a bunk bed and here is also the exit to the garden. From the living room you can also get outside. Here is the wind-protected terrace. You are so close to the water that you can go directly to the sauna after swimming. It is located in a bathroom that you can only access from the garden. Both bathrooms are older and in pure retro style. You live not too far from Copenhagen and in an area that offers everything your heart desires.

We loved staying at this house which is in the perfect location, right on the beach and convenient to walk or drive to the train station, shops, restaurants etc. The house had everything that we needed and was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

Favorite spot

This little house has everything you could want for a nice relaxing holiday. It is right on the beach but secluded in amongst the trees. It has a large covered porch with planty of space to eat meals and hang out outside. It has a sauna and a wood stove too. It is just a short walk to the shopping center that has everything you need and also where you can hop on the train to copenhagen or Koge. The owners are local and very responsive. You should know there is no wifi in case that may ne an issue. Love this place.

Hidden fees Insect Infestation Unresponsive Management

You will be charged extra for electricity and linens. There is no Wi-Fi. There was a significant ant infestation and spiders in the corners. Black mold between the shower tiles and on the shower curtain, sunken and heaved sidewalk covered in debris and overgrown with weeds. It was three days before I got a response from NOVASOL management. They said they would forward my concerns to the local agent. I believe they came on the fourth or fifth day to spray outside the house only because the ants were less. They never communicated with me about the ants and did not address the mold issue. We did not leave food out, and the ants were there from the first day. On the first morning I woke up and five ants were on or inside the water glass by the bed. If you opened the refrigerator door a line of ants were on the seal trying to get in. The pillows were about one third to one half full of foam bits. Not usable. The bed mats were pilled and there were some stains. You are required to clean after but no cleaning products are provided, and we never found a broom. You are asked to clean the windows and the stove hood. To pay for cleaning after it is $139 EU and you must confirm five days in advance.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus zu Gast. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und aber zweckmäßig. Außer einem Toaster und WLAN fehlte uns nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der Wintergarten und das Bad mit Außeneingang. Insgesamt ist alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das Beste am Haus ist die Lage: direkt am Strand ubd gleichzeitig fußläufig zur S-Bahn und zu allem Geschäften. Für Gäste, die Sightseeing in Kopenhagen und Strand kombinieren wollen, ist das Haus perfekt.

Gutes Ferienhaus in phantastischer Lage mit kleinen Mängeln

Man kann es sich eigentlich nicht besser wünschen: ruhig gelegen, gemütlich, gut eingerichtet, im wesentlichen sauber. Große, schöne Terrasse, eigener Strandzugang (30 Sekunden und man ist an tollem Strand im Wasser!) ....aber Es könnte perfekt sein, wenn die Eigentümer mal ein paar EURO in die Hand nehmen würden. Backofen und Grill sind unzumutbar "versifft", das ist auch nicht mehr zu reinigen. Spiegel und Elektogeräte waren nur schlecht gereinigt. Wir hatten 120 EURO Endreinigung im voraus bezahlt. Der Servicepoint in GILLELEJE hat uns eine hälftige Erstattung zugesagt, die ist aber bis heute nicht erfolgt. Die Kaffeemaschine brauchte 45 Minuten zum Durchlauf. Nach Rücksprache kauften wir eine neue. Auch der Kaufpreis ist bis heute nicht erstattet. Die Ausstattung mit Gläsern, Geschirr und Besteck ist so karg, dass man nach jedem Essen spülen muss! Dennoch: werden die Mängel abgestellt - immer wieder!:
