Less than 1 minute walk to a private beach!! Marsh land in the rear of the property allows privacy and views of the ocean, nature and wildlife. Summer at Lords Point offers private beaches, tennis and basketball courts, a community center with kids activities, playground, and activities for all ages.

The house has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 full bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, living room, sitting room, deck and patio. There is a washer and dryer, and a grill. Minutes from downtown Mystic, Mystic Aquarium and Seaport, Olde Mystic Village, Stonington Borough/Harbor, Vineyards, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, and many local shops and restaurants.

Energy efficient air conditioning/heating mini split system installed.
