Feels like a tree house with wonderful front porch for relaxing and sipping coffee or enjoying a glass of wine and dinner. Cottage faces west, so front porch gets great, warm afternoon sun.
Private lake provides a beautiful view and a great paved place for walking. Neighborhood feel with plenty of privacy.
Bring your ENO for a nap amid the many trees surrounding the property. Quick drive in to Ingles or the Crossroads for shopping, art shows, concerts. Enjoy an evening grilling on the back patio while warming next to the firepit.

This is a wonderful cottage in a great location if you want quick access to groceries, restaurants, and everything else Cashiers offers. Well stocked, comfortable, and very clean. We definitely would like to visit again.

Thanksgiving

The cottage is darling! Details were thoughtfully executed throughout. The location is central to grocery, activities, and Cashiers. We had a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave. Hope to go back soon.

Wedding weekend

This property was perfect in every way for our recent trip to the area for a wedding. Great location and easy access for getting about town. The home itself is just as advertised if not better in person! Meticulous, cozy, comfortable furniture and bedding. The owner was fantastic to work with from booking to arrival! It’s great to have a wonderful spot to stay and not have to worry about details when you have a 4 year old in a wedding! Ha Hope to come back again one day… to simply enjoy this magnificent area!

Charming Cottage in the mountains

Very sweet, updated cottage with a lake view and a wonderful front porch. All necessary kitchen and dining supplies. King-sized bed is super comfortable. Cashiers is a beautiful area with hiking trails and waterfalls and mountains everywhere.

Charming Cottage, Perfect Location

Linda is accessible, helpful and a wonderful host. The cottage is clean, designed nicely, in a perfect location and well-appointed with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms set-up nicely for a family. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy!

Cottage above the lake

We have a wonderful time staying here. So convenient to town but seemed worlds away.. peaceful and picturesque..nicely furnished with all the extras.. awesome coffee on the front porch overlooking the lake below. The bed will wrap around you and demand you rest.. thank you for allowing us to share your cottage.. All the best!
