Positiv:Schlüsselübergabe im Schlüsseltresor, Größe und Lage der WohnungNegativ:Kommunikation mit der Agentur,Kautionzahlung (sollte lt. Anzeige bei Ankunft hinterlegt werden, musste dann aber überraschend an einen Drittanbieter vorab gezahlt werden. Auch hier ist man schlecht informiert gewesen, wie die tatsächliche Abwicklung laufen sollte.)Check-in, check-out unflexibel.
