The detached holiday home is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet location on the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. A hammock on the terrace.

Otočec, 480 mASL. The holiday home is located on a garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Vineyard Cottages or "Zidanice" Slovenians are small charming houses built in the vineyards on picturesque hills of the Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the old days, Zidanice was used to store wine and as a place where the vineyard master could host his closest friends. This holiday apartment is located on the edge of the forest, near Novo mesto and Otočec. The traditional vineyard cottage is 170 years old and consists of stone and wood. For an additional charge, guests can keep the key to the cellars and taste the wine whenever they want. Homemade bread and platters of cold cuts are also offered to the welcome guest. Seasonal vegetables from the garden are also available. For an extra charge, the owner can organise various sound baths (gong bath, magical crystal bowls, etc.), apitherapy, Asian massage, acupressure massage, bicycle rental, and various tours, including the tour with vintage cars. Parking is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.
