This 5 bedroom 2.5 bath house is located just a short walk to Drakes Island Beach! It sits within a beautiful neighborhood and offers a large backyard with not only privacy, but tidal water views. Enjoy the sunroom that overlooks the backyard overlooking the marsh. This house is perfect for a large family or 2 small families who are looking to get away together. This property has parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. First floor offers a master bedroom with a full bath, a bedroom with 1 twin bed, a half bath in the hallway, dining room, kitchen area, and a game room located in the garage. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with many sleeping arrangements as well as office space in the nook located at the top of the stairs. Linens and towels are provided. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! The house offers lots of yard games, bikes, beach chairs, and 2 kayaks! Wells is surrounded by both Kennebunkport and Ogunquit offering a range of beaches, restaurants, shops and more!
