There was no communication with the owner. All communication including payment schedule is with a local agent.VRBO send multiple redundant emails with incorrect information since there is no communication between the agent and VRBO The house was nice, clean, well equipped. Only issue was a noisy extractor fan in bathroom which could not be switched off. Slightly concerning that the agent has just taken an extra payment for the utilities and has not as yet refunded the 500 deposit

Regarding communication, we work with a channel manager connected to VRBO, which can sometimes generate duplicate automated emails. However, we personally provided you with all the necessary information to help facilitate communication and clarify how the booking process works. The electricity charges are indeed to be paid on site, as stated in the VRBO listing, and the €500 security deposit is also clearly indicated there. These details were also reminded to you during our exchanges prior to your arrival. Finally, we confirm that the deposit was refunded on the scheduled date, in accordance with our rental terms. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist geräumig und schön und liegt fußläufig zum Ortskern mit Geschäften und Cafés. Die Region ist traumhaft schön.Die Agentur war freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Nachfragen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Maussane-les-Alpilles

Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een leuke vakantie. Mooie en uitgeruste keuken, prima ijskast/diepvriezer. Vier slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Mooi terras en privé zwembad ( spijtig dat het niet verwarmd is). Was- en droogkast…. Ligt op een 10 minuutjes wandelen van het centrum van Maussane.

Très beau séjour

Très belle villa proche du centre de Maussane (10 minutes de marche) très bien équipée et moderne. Nous étions 5 à séjourner et cette villa est parfaitement adaptée pour ce nombre. Très bon accueil et entretien de la piscine par un professionnel toute les semaines. Endroit calme et très agréable !
