Loved our stay! The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe there. The home was beautifully decorated and loved using the cold plunge and hot tub. That location was central to everything will definitely come back next time. We’re in Sarasota.

Quiet and secure stay

Gracious and responsive hosts. The apartment was clean and situated very well for us. We were visiting family and this was a great place for us as a base for our getting around. We also had our 2 small dogs with us and they did well at the property.We would stay here again, loved the place.

This is a cute and cozy little place with just about all you need. Great for one person or two people without a lot of stuff (we had two bikes that we kept inside with us). Erinn & Marlin are wonderful hosts!

Cozy, convenient and CLEAN!

Very impressed with the space, excellent communication with host! I rented the space for a couple and visited often, they were very pleased with the space, even beach chairs and umbrella for the beach.

Excellent Stay!

I’m very thankful to my hosts for my stay! The rooms were perfect for me. Bed was very comfortable, nice chair and couch. Kitchen had everything I needed and more! Parking was perfect, neighborhood was great, quiet and near everything! I’m so happy I stayed here. Hosts could not have been better! I feel blessed to have stayed here!
