It will sleep up to 24 people. It is equipped with full kitchen, dishwasher, cable TV/VCR, and washer/dryer.
The Inn at Quail Run is nestled in the woods on 12 private acres with beautiful views of the valley and Haystack mountain. It is located only 5 miles to Mount Snow. The Inn has just been fully renovated and features a large family room/lounge, field stone fireplace, Wi-Fi, dining room, and commercial kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and will allow you to make large meals with ease. Recreational room,pool table,dry sauna in the lower level. Great for outdoor BBQ. Includes heated pool & hot tub. The Inn is perfect for large family gatherings , reunions, retreats and offering the privacy of having the entire facility for your group . We have two section, The Inn section Guests & Guest House section guests have their own direct access to exterior common areas,hot tub and exterior outdoor pool.

Outdoor pool is open June 15th- September 15th. Pool can be open earlier depending on the weather.

We had the best time ever!

Highly recommend this property. Perfect for a large group. It has literary everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Cannot wait to be back!

Cousins Reunion

19 adults stayed at the Inn for a long weekend. It couldn’t have been more perfect for such a large group. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of spaces to be together and lots of places for quiet time as well.

Perfect for our big family!

The games/activities (air hockey, pool, puzzles etc.) kept our entire family entertained the whole weekend! We loved the proximity to Mt. Snow and how spacious the Inn was. It was gorgeous and clean. Our family will definitely keep this property in mind for our future winter and summer get-togethers!

Ski trip

My friends and I came up for a ski weekend to mount snow. This rental had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for us to fit comfortably. We had the best time.

80th birthday celebration

21 of us gathered, taking over the entire inn, to celebrate my parents’ 80th birthdays. The weather wasn’t great for late May, but the house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms, and more than one large space for dining or lounging and having fun! Everything in the inn was as described, and the owners were super helpful in connecting us to a fabulous caterer for one lovely birthday dinner. We would absolutely go back, and would highly recommend for large groups who want to reserve the whole place. So much fun!

Gorgeous property, great stay!

The inn was even more gorgeous than the pictures show. It's very large with lots of different wings and rooms. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The owners took precautions for covid which was very reassuring. The guest house is attached to the inn, so if possible would rent both if you'd like to have the property to yourself (not a problem during covid). The kitchen and outdoor grill were great to cook on. They have all of the essentials there you need to cook. It's very close to a few hikes and the cutest town. The property owners live on the property so it's not fully secluded, but Martin was very responsive and kind to anything we needed. Would definitely return!

Ski Week

The Inn at Quail Run is perfect for a large ski group. There are several comfortable places to gather and the beautiful fireplace goes on with the flick of a switch. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and is a joy to prepare meals for a crowd. It has an industrial size fridge and a separate freezer. It even has 2 sinks. The dining area is spacious and fit us all comfortably. Everyone had his/her own bedroom AND bathroom. In addition to all that, there is an exercise room, a pool table, foosball and a separate air hockey room. We even had an air hockey tournament. It’s an easy drive to Mt. Snow and there are trails behind the house where you can hike, snowshoe or cross country ski. Meiling and Martin were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely go back to the Inn.

Great Reunion

Great location for a family reunion. The Inn with pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball and air hockey provided plenty of entertainment. Plenty to explore in the community. Hosts were easily reachable and immediately responed to our needs.

We will be back!

The Inn was as described. We would come back again. We brought our young adult children and a few friends. Was a good value for the cost/benefit of all having their own rooms. A few of the rooms could use a mattress upgrade. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, condiments etc. Dining area was nice for us to have a long table with all at it. (There were 14 of us). Martin and the owners were very responsive to taking care of the icy driveway after a storm. If planning on working remote the internet is not that strong. Nice and close to Mt Snow and convenient to stores etc. When the people renting the attached guest house left,(which we never heard or interacted with) the cleaning person kept coming through our area to get her supplies etc. Overall convenient and a good value.

Great place for large ski group

We had a great extended weekend with friends and family at this property. Convenient to Mt Snow. Loved that most of the rooms had a private bathroom and large dining room and commercial kitchen made cooking /feeding a large group a breeze.

50th Birthday Party Surprise Getaway

I planned a two night getaway for my wife's birthday, with a total of sixteen family members and friends. As other reviews have stated, the pictures do not do the resort Justice! We rented the listing which was 11 Bdrm's and 10 Bth's. The amenities far exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of areas to congregate, socialize, in addition to game rooms and a bar area which you could sneak off to if you wanted a quiet moment. The kitchen was quite ample, offering everything one could imagine, with a huge commercial fridge and seperate freezer. Between the kitchen and outdoor grilling station, cooking was a breeze. We would certainly recommend this location to any groups of 24 or less.

Family Christmas

If you are looking for a great way to spend some quality family time, the Inn at Quail Run is the perfect place. We are an active family that loves to spend time together. We brought the whole family including our mother and grandchildren and everyone enjoyed the vacation. The Inn was beautiful and spacious. It is kept very clean and we found the owners to be most accommodating and the housekeeper responded to all of our needs quickly and efficiently. You definitely need a car to get around but there was plenty to do whether we went to town, or just entertained ourselves in the home. The game room and hot tub were huge hits after a day of skiing, the extra large TV was a bonus, or we could spend quite time by the fire or in our individual rooms, each with it's own TV and bathroom. Christmas was extra special this year and we decided to eat all of our meals at home with such a large group. The kitchen and dining areas were sufficient for all of our needs. We would definitely return to the Inn.
