Das Haus war nicht sauber geputzt, die Geschirrspüler funktionierten beide nicht. Auf Qualität wurde hier leider keinen Wert gelegtDie Sicherungen haben öfters ausgelöst, der Boiler in einem Bad hat total versagt wurde jedoch kurzfristig repariert.Am letzten Abend hat ein Kabel geschmort und es gab einen Lichtbogen, so dass wir fluchtartig und verfrüht abgereist sind.Die Lage ist super, aber die Mängel und die Sauberkeit hinterlassen keinen guten Gesamteindruck.

Lieber nicht zu viel erwarten.

Positiv bleibt festzuhalten, dass wir bereits in der Früh einchecken konnten. Den Gastgeber oder eine andere Person haben wir aber nie zu Gesicht bekommen, da der Schlüssel ohne persönlichen Kontakt übergeben wurde. Wir stellten uns aufgrund der Fotos auf eine saubere, moderne, neu renoviert Wohnung bzw. Haus ein. Hier wurden wir leider ein wenig enttäuscht. Ein Kleiderschrank viel beinahe in sich zusammen. In zwei Zimmertüren waren "Einschlaglöcher" wie von einem Faustschlag. Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss war äußerst undicht. Alles in allem ein bisschen abgewohnt. Vier Zimmer sind über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Ein weiteres Zimmer ist nur über eine Wendelstreppe im Innenhof zu erreichen. Im grundsätzlich sehr praktischen Innenhof lagen viele defekt Stühle, Liegen, Schirme, Luftmatratzen. Einfach Entsorgen wäre schöner gewesen... Der Strand ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Liegeflächen sind grundsätzlich auf groben Steinen entlang des Fußwegs. Es gibt immer wieder kleine Stege wo ein sandiger Weg ins Meer verläuft. In der Lagune kann man ewig hinausgehen, das Wasser wird nicht sehr viel tiefer als 1,5 Meter. Der Untergrund ist ab dem hüfthohen Wasser wunderschön feinstandig. Wir fahren jedes Jahr mehrmals nach Kroatien und hatten schon definitiv schönere Häuser und sind einen anderen Umgang mit den Gästen gewohnt.
