The Dean Lewis house moved from its original site in the 1970's to its current location. This charming 4 bedroom home is conveniently located, a mere 100 yards, from the University of Rio Grande campus. It is walking distance to plays, sporting events and graduation. This is also a wonderful, centrally located, home base for motorcyclists touring the area.

Great place to stay while visiting some friends in the area. House is clean, plenty of linens, and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely rent this property again!
We stay in this house 2 or 3 times per year when we are in town and it always feel like home. Lots of space and the recent upgrades to the exterior or terrific. Thanks again!
Excellent location for us, clean and had everything we needed for our trip. They had a booklet in living room and it had plenty of information including, places to eat, local attractions. Host was very accommodating and available for any questions related to the booking. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit
We stay in this house 2 - 3 times per year and simply love it. Tons of space for a larger group and all the amenities we need to keep us going for a week long adventure in the woods. We'll be back again soon.
Family visit from Florida for thanksgiving. Our first vacation with our four legged family member. He loved it and really like the deer outside the window. Very cute place and close to family and town. Thank you and we will come back too!!
Quiet, comfortable, charming, and super clean; great stay in Rio Grande
This was the perfect stopover location for us. Communication was excellent. Location was as described. House is charming and very comfortable. It was nice to get outside, eat a pizza on the back picnic table, and walk at the local college campus. If we are in the area again, we will be back.
All in all everything in the house was as needed for our trip. Lots of towels and linens for our stay and games for the kids. Location is great and Twinkleberries Coffee is right around the corner. A must stop for breakfast if you stay. Hosts were great and responsive.
Another great stay for a bunch of hunting buddies. Great house with lots of space and the bonus washer / dryer to clean up our clothes when the inevitable rainy day hits. Owner is very helpful. Hope to be back next year

Two day getaway
Interesting property. Newly remodeled. Didn't understand some of the charges. VRBO representative was rude when I calledabout charges.charges.
We stayed in Rio Grande because it was a 20 minute drive to family. My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and son in law plus three grandchildren. There was plenty of room. They even had many baby items in the home. The only drawback was the number of stairs to get into the house. If you don’t have any mobility issues you will be all set. May stay here again for next years reunion.
I, my daughter in law, and two grandchildren stayed here for two nights when we attended the Mothman Festival. This house was an absolute gem! The most striking thing to me is how incredibly well supplied the house is. I can’t think of a single object we might have needed that wasn’t there, including snacks in the fridge. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, everything was spotless, and we LOVED seeing deer merely feet away from us in the morning and evenings. The place just exuded homeyness and serenity and is within short driving distances to some nice restaurants and shopping. We ate in Gallipolis at the Tuscany restaurant, which was very good with great service.
If you’re looking for a reasonable and charming place to stay, look no further. One of my best experiences at a VRBO.
This was perfect for our weekend stay! Area was great, close to highway as well as restaurants and gas station! Had a great old farmhouse vibe! We will definitely use this house again when coming back! Oh and the family of deer that graced us with their presence each morning and night was loved by the whole family!
