Mivel az ingatlan délnyugati fekvésű szükség lenne a teraszon legalább egy hordozható napernyőre. Az ingatlant különböző nációk használják. A műholdas televízió min. 20 db. arab csatornát tartalmazott, ill. a környező országokéból legalább egyet.Magyar csatorna annak ellenére nincs, hogy több a világon bárhol fogható (még Ausztráliában is)műholdas csatornánk van.Különben nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a háziak tündériek voltak!
