Yiannis Traditional Village home
Yiannis Village House has been recently renovated, the house was originally a family farmhouse that was built in the early19th-century and is located in Asklipios village on the south side of the island of Rhodes. It offers traditional accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and it is a 5-minute drive away from the beach and 20 min drive from Lindos.
The stone-built units of the home retain many of the original features of the building, such as stone arches and wooden ceilings. The house comes with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and air conditioning.
The house has a lovely courtyard with outdoor furniture and you have a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains of the area. Guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and get a complete village life experience.

Why they chose this property
The historic church of Dormition of Theotokos which is at the entrance of the village was built around the Byzantine-era which is just a few minutes' walk from our Traditional House. Next door, is the church's old olive press, you will find a small folklore museum. After visiting the church, take the road up to the castle. At the top of the hill, the medieval fortifications offer a stunning view of the beach stretching endlessly from Kiotari all the way to Gennadi.
The surrounding area is also ideal for hiking and cycling.
