Small disaster
I am sending points of complain.
Points of complain:
• Nobody explain how things going on villa
• Cintia woman who was there for take money for (Consumption costs, Mandatory, Deposit and final cleaning) wanted to have extra money 25€/day for climatization. I refused because climatization must be included Consumption cost 100€/day.
• Outside grill – was very dirty, not cleaned weeks. (photos was send on last e-mail). Somebody arrived in 3 days and clean (not only clean, becuase it wasn´t possible to clean. They had to buy new grill grid)
• Outside floor was very dirty specially around the grill
• Ouside oven doesn´t work
• Outside dishwasher doesn´t work
• Whirpool was very dirty, not ready to be used. Somebody told me that doesnt work but we made it work ourself.
• Trash wasn´t left by previous guests
• Fridges wasn´t clean. There were food from somebody
• Mold on the rooms and furnitures I enclose photos.
• Very creaky bed. I enclose video. Not possible to sleep there.
• Not enought hot water there. We had small children there and it was very big problem
• Fitness – no coment, please compare photos of Novasol pages and my. Room was full of mold.
• Somebody live on the small garden house !!!!
• Troubles with toilet desk. Lots of was broken.
Petang ground is on very bad condition.
• Last day arrived somebody at 8:00 and begin to clean or do something during breakfast. It was very rude and discourteously.
