This was such a fun and unique place to stay, the animals on the property are such a pleasant addition! The owners are friendly and available if questions come up. I would stay here again!!
I didn't have time to visit the rescues on the horse property, but it's conveniently located for hiking off House Rock and White House road. Friendly hosts and people on the property.

The ranch was AMAZING!! They thought of everything you needed! It was very clean, and perfect for a get away! The stars at night were incredible! The cabin itself was cozy and perfect with a fenced in outdoor area that our dogs loved! The rescue animals were beautiful as well! No complaints! It was PERFECT!

Excellent stay! The host was lovely and communicative. A great spot for star gazing, close to hikes and national parks, super cute animals, and well stocked cabin with air con and kitchenette. The online ad does not do this place justice, it exceeded my expectations. The bathroom is separate from the cabin, but very accessible and not an issue at all (1 minute walk).
We decided not to take our camper to Kanab & booked this cute cabin. We were thankful it was pet friendly. Great place to get outside. The owner Stephanie was helpful with tips for hiking.
They owners are doing a great job fixing the whole place.

Thanks so much for staying with us. Im glad you enjoyed the Cabin and the Ranch. Please come see us again!
Paria River Ranch is as unique as it is beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. The Silver Love Bubble and the Cowboy Cabin were cozy, comfortable and adorable. We had almost everything we needed for our 5 day stay and ate most of our meals at the Ranch. Steph was a perfect host who helped us with our plans and made sure we were comfortable. The Ranch is located near so many great hikes and natural features. We had plenty to do. Would absolutely recommend!
Super friendly owners who gave us our privacy. Dog friendly, we brought two dogs who loved it! Very close to several hikes. Really cute decor and a comfortable bed in the Cowboy Cabin. Clean and stocked bathrooms and showers a short walk away. We will stay there again next year when we visit "the Wave" . Altogether a great experience!

This place is a little slice if rustic heaven! I adored the privacy of the fenced in area and the dogs loved it too! Very dog friendly spot! Perfect space for 2! We will most definitely be back! The owners are available but not in your business, perfect balance not all bnb hosts are great at! The pics don't do this place justice, fabulous sunsets, views, natural lighting.

Brooke, thanks for the review. Please come see us again!
Was on an actual ranch with rescue animals. We really enjoyed them & area. Small canin, very basic. Showers & bathouse separate. Small nut all we needed.
Met Steph and Jeff as soon as I arrived. Wonderful to get to know them, during my stay. Perfect spot to get to hikes close by, so much sand. Steph shared that she enjoys barefoot hiking in a few of the hikes, living in phoenix area this is not an option. I got to barefoot hike about 5 different hikes along this trip, it was beautiful. Location is great if you want to explore in all directions, cause it is right in the middle of Page and KanabAnimals on property are wonderful, and getting to hear the stories of how the animals were rescued was a joy. The cabin, was comfortable, clean and had all that I needed for cooking and sleeping. I was mostly outdoors enjoying the beauty of Southern Utah.
Cabin had all the basics. Facilities VERY clean. People SUPER nice. Enjoyed being a part of the "horse" community. Most people who stay here bring their horse and trailers and ride in the surrounding cliff areas. Location is ideal. SO many places to see. The ranch was a good central location. Had a few windy days which stirred up the dust so things get a little grimy but not unbearable. Wonderful to see satellites and the Milky Way at night! Great place to be away from it all and enjoy the outdoors and "hardy people! Enjoyed the experience and hope to come back again!
