At this house, you’ll be just 35 km from Paris but feel like you’re right in the countryside! Fields stretch out in front of the house, and the Doudou Farm—a big hit with kids—is just a few steps away.

Our newly built house can accommodate up to 7 people, divided among 2 bedrooms (+ a sleeper sofa), and features, among other things, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a lovely terrace with a parasol and a barbecue, a washing machine and dryer, and a small garden.
Accommodation
The house includes:
- Ground floor: living room with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, a bathroom with a toilet and large shower, and an outdoor terrace with a parasol, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue overlooking the garden
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a tub and toilet.

You will have the entire place to yourselves. This is a townhouse with insulation between the two sides and quiet neighbors on the other side.

Additional notes
In addition to being 35 km from the outskirts of Paris, the towns of Marolles-en-Hurepoix, Arpajon, and Brétigny-sur-Orge are easily accessible by car. There you’ll find, among other things, the Maison Neuve shopping centre in Brétigny-sur-Orge (featuring a Kinepolis cinema complex and more than 70 stores and restaurants), the La Croix Blanche business park in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois—the largest retail park in the Île-de-France region, with 164 stores spread over 700 000 m², and the Amazon fulfillment centre in Brétigny-sur-Orge.

Other tourist destinations such as Versailles, Fontainebleau, and Barbizon are less than a 40-minute drive from the property.

Parking is convenient, with one parking space in front of the house and another car park 100 metres away.

La Ferme Pédagogique de la Doudou, located 100 metres from the house, is a special place for children, with all its animals (goats, cows, donkeys, horses, rabbits, pigs, wild boars, poultry, etc.) that children can approach and pet. Visitors can help milk the goats and cows, and a variety of dairy products, fruits, and vegetables are sold there.

Our house is a smoke-free property. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 15 euros, to be discussed with the owner.

Check-in begins at 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. However, it is possible to make arrangements with the owner to arrive earlier or leave later if no other reservations are affected.

A travel cot and a baby bathtub can be provided if needed.
