Welcome to Casa MAGMA, a haven of peace in the heart of the island of eternal spring. Our charming apartment, nestled in the newly developed residential complex of Casilla de Costa, offers a dream getaway for travellers seeking tranquility and adventure on the beautiful island of Fuerteventura.

## Accommodation

Casa MAGMA is a spacious 86 square metre apartment designed with love, providing a comfortable space for your stay.
It includes an elegant bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, 32" TV, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom opens onto a covered balcony with soothing views of the ocean, Los Lobos Island and Lanzarote Island; the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while breathing in the fresh Fuerteventura air.

A second bathroom, with walk-in shower and toilet, is conveniently located next to the living room.
A spacious walk-in closet allows you to store your belongings with ease.
A hairdryer, and basic toiletries are provided for your comfort.

The kitchen, with a central stone island, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. You will find cooking utensils, a juicer, a toaster, an electric mixer, pans, pots and pans. In addition, a versatile coffee maker allows you to enjoy your favourite coffee, whether it is ground coffee or pods from renowned brands such as Nespresso, Dolce Gusto or Lavazza. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and a traditional oven (no microwave oven), a dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer.

The kitchen opens onto the dining room, which gives access to a covered terrace of 10 m2 square metres, furnished with a comfortable sofa for three people, an armchair and a coffee table.

The living room, adjacent to the dining room, is equipped with a 40" Smart TV with cable and Netflix channels, as well as free Wi-Fi. A JBL Bluetooth speaker allows you to create the perfect ambiance during your stay. The neat decoration evokes the turquoise waters of the beach and the spirit of the holiday.

From the terrace, an external staircase leads you to a 26 m2 solarium terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a jacuzzi. From here you can admire a breathtaking view of the volcanoes and the ocean, the perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, or enjoy the starry sky in the jacuzzi.

A private laundry room adjacent to the kitchen houses a washing machine and all the necessary cleaning products, as well as ironing facilities.

In the common areas, a private cellar is at your disposal to safely store your suitcases, bicycles, surfboards or sports equipment.

## The island of Fuerteventura

Fuerteventura, one of the beautiful Canary Islands, is renowned for its expansive white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, and ideal conditions for water sports. The island offers a variety of landscapes, from the sand dunes of the Corralejo Natural Park to the rugged cliffs of Betancuria, to the volcanic landscapes of the Jandía Peninsula. You can also explore the local culture by visiting traditional villages like La Oliva, Lajares, and El Cotillo.

Fuerteventura is the perfect place for those looking to relax on the beach, enjoy water sports like surfing and kitesurfing, or explore the natural beauty of the island.

## Location

The residence, located in the complex of Casilla de Costa, is surrounded by a garden with palm trees and endemic plants. Quiet and secure environment.
The residence is located near the charming village of Villaverde and 10 km from Corralejo and its large beaches and dunes; but also some 7 km km from the village of Lajares and a quarter of an hour from the blue lagoons of the village of El Cotillo, 14 km away.
Good starting point to discover the mineral beauty of the island of Fuerteventura, by hiking, cycling, e-bike or buggy.
Possibility to practice all kinds of water sports on the island.

5 minutes from the small supermarket in Villaverde where you will find the essentials and 10 minutes from Corralejo where you will find many hypermarkets, shops, boutiques and restaurants.
Corralejo offers a lively nightlife with its bars and various activities.
