Newly renovated in 2020! Upgrades include: beautiful custom built large kitchen with eat in bar, large back deck with partially fenced in backyard, new mattresses, couches, large bathroom vanities and hardwood floors. Take a 1 minute walk to the Intracoastal Waterway or a .6 mile drive to access the beach. Our home is dog and family friendly and conveniently located close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants and family activities.

We strive to offer you a home away from home, complete with all your vacation essentials. Almost everything in the home is brand new and is kept extremely clean and tidy for our guests. We have large windows across the front of the house, letting in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Our renovated space gives you a comfy and cozy place to rest after a long day of relaxing at the beach.

Check in is at 1 pm and the code to unlock the door will be provided once house is available. Check out is at 9 am.

Beach cart available for use. For any cleaning/assistance/maintenance requests - use contact provided for local assistance.

We are local to the area and can offer a quick response if you need any assistance during your stay. We have a dedicated professional contact for any emergency/cleaning or handyman needs. Please use contact provided for immediate assistance during your stay.

Pillows, mattress topper and bedding for the air mattress is kept in closet to be used as needed for guests. Although it is brand new, we suggest using mattress topper to make sleeping more comfortable.

When sending a booking request please notify me if you are bringing dog(s). There will be an additional deep cleaning fee if any evidence of a cat on property is found.
