Overall this was a beautiful property. We travelled with my two daughters their husbands gentlemen and five grandchildren. There was room for everyone and enough bathrooms. The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful and the kids had a great time playing in the sandbox. It was great being close to the Balaton. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. My only complaint was communication regarding check in. I was expecting an email from someone regarding how to check in. I sent messages with no response. I went to property and no one was there. I tried calling the phone number listed in VRBO and received an out of service message. I called VRBO customer service and was on the phone for 30 minutes and then the caretaker showed up and let us in. This cause me more angst than was necessary.
