Gîte in the owner's house. 2nd floor (access: staircase going down the slope): living room-kitchen-lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, baby bed / 2 single beds, 1 double bed), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Terrace and small garden (on one level). Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Farm country of 1831 carefully renovated to 1.5 km from the gondola Orelle for Val-Thorens/3 valleys. Charming residential hamlet quiet forest. South hillside. Good comfort. Nice private garden with large terraces. Beautiful unobstructed view of the Valley and the mountains. 1.5km from the Orelle gondola to Val-Thorens/3 Vallées (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Free shuttle bus throughout the winter season 150m away. Many other leading ski areas nearby: La Norma 18km away, Valfréjus & Aussois 21km away, Valloire 25km away. Superb Nordic skiing site of Sardières 25km away (cross-country skiing). At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park and the sumptuous Haute-Maurienne region. An extremely privileged location for exploring the different mountain ranges & resorts in summer and winter (skiing, hiking & cycling). Many legendary passes! 13km from Modane, a stopover town on the way to Italy (all shops & services). "Wellness" center 200m away (swimming pool/Spa/Sauna/Hammam/massages).
