Close to the prestigious resorts of Megève and Chamonix. Privileged natural setting. Gite in the owner's house. Ground floor: living room with kitchen area (2 pull-out single beds), wifi, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 bunk beds), shower room (shower with WC), electric shutters. Terrace, land. Ski Flumet 0.8 km Espace Diamant link. Reduction on certain summer periods. Chalet located in a quiet hamlet in an environment of meadows. Very nice view of the ski slopes and Mont Blanc. Very well placed for exploring the Val d'Arly and the surrounding passes (Col des Saisies and des Aravis). Pleasant and personalized cottage.
