Contemporary chalet at the foot of the slopes of the vast Domaine des Portes du Mont-Blanc (link to Megève via La Giettaz). Not far from the road to the famous Col des Aravis. Ideally located for cycling or hiking in the summer on several mountain ranges (Val d'Arly, Aravis, Mont-Blanc, Beaufortain). Close to the famous resorts of La Clusaz, Megève and Chamonix. Gite in the owner's house. Ground floor: living room with kitchen area (1 sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed / 3 single beds), 2 bathrooms (showers), 1 with WC , 2nd separate toilet. Private flat ground with garden furniture. Foot of slopes access to the Portes du Mont-Blanc domain linking Megève (Jaillet), Combloux and Cordon. Shops on site in winter. Telephone and internet network limited according to the operators . Contemporary Chalet located on the edge of the hamlet and meadows. Beautiful unobstructed view of the Valley and mountains. Southwest exposure. Good comfort, pleasant and well equipped cottage. Sector quiet. Private parking.
