About 5 km from the small town of Monteguidi, between Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano, lies this vacation home in a dominant hill position, with private pool and wide views of the picturesque countryside. It is a typical former farmhouse, with living area on the 1st floor and a central kitchen-living room with fireplace. (Ground floor: closed rooms). The furnishings are simple but functional in rural style. Around the house extends the spacious natural plot with well-maintained pool area and panoramic terrace, seating area with barbecue; table tennis. - This house is on its own, about 2 km from the apartments ITS161,162,163 (from the same landlady); the access road (gravel road, 4 km) is not suitable for low lying cars or sports cars. Recommended excursions: Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra each about 35 km; Casole d'Elsa 13km; a day of swimming on the beaches at Cecina (65km).

Italien ist eine Reise wert! Das Haus ist sehr einfach eingerichtet.

Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird täglich gesäubert, allerdings gab es nur 5 Liegen, wovon 4 defekt waren. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr einfach eingerichtet und war bei unserer Ankunft auch sehr schmutzig.Geschirr und Besteck waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Die Gartenmöbel waren zusammengewürfelt und nicht so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Sofas waren sehr schmutzig und nicht zu benutzen. Der Fernseher ist winzig, stört aber nicht, da man sich meist draussen aufhält? Der Grill ist defekt. Die Lage ist für Naturliebhaber perfekt, hier findet man Ruhe. Warmes Wasser gab es auch nicht immer. Wenn dieses Haus mit mehr Liebe eingerichtet wird und die Gartenmöbel erneuert werden, sowie genügend Poolliegen anngeschafft weden, .könnte man einen wunderbaren Urlaub verlleben, paradiesisch!
