2 bedroom stunning home in Sankt Anna
Beautiful cottage in impressive, undisturbed archipelago area very close to the sea.
Here you will find a quiet and peaceful environment. The terrace faces south and offer you a beautiful view of the archipelago bay. Here you have over 10,000 islands suitable for swimming and even for avid anglers. Among the nature experiences here are sea eagles, moose and deer, which you can see daily from the house. Located near the St. Anna archipelago and Söderköping.
The child-friendly sandy beach is only about 100 meters away. Sauna can be used by arrangement with the owner. S09278 approx. 50 m, S09323 approx. 300 m. Deposit for boat/motor will be charged. Net fishing not allowed. Own boat and motor are not allowed. The reasons are lack of space and damage to the lawn, because then you have to drive on it.
The house owner tells: Knåtebo farm dates back to the 20th century and has thus undergone an evolution from rural farm to vacation accommodation. The original inhabitants were engaged in fish farming and agriculture, the fields were walked by grazing cows, pigs and goats. From 1973 the farm was tastefully transformed, preserving the original style of the barn, blacksmith's shop and the parlor, but still modernized.
Note: The cottage is located in hilly terrain. From the parking lot to the house is about 150-200 m walk.
