The beautiful cottage is located on a quiet road without through traffic.
Within walking distance from the house you have a fishing lake, shopping and the swimming pool Arrild Svømmehal. Within 25 km there are 4 golf courses and the wide sandy beaches of Rømø.
The house has 8 sleeping accommodations distributed in four bedrooms. The bedrooms are not next to each other. Two bathrooms are available - one with whirlpool and sauna. The Hems can be used as an alternative sleeping accommodation or as a cozy corner. All floors are easy to keep clean, tile floors have floor heating.
Part of the terrace is covered, so you can enjoy the long summer evenings outside without dew.
