Great Townhouse just steps from the beach! There are three bedrooms on the third floor with two full bathrooms and a balcony. The main living is on the second floor and has two additional balconies (front and back), LIVING ROOM W/75" LED TV, LEATHER RECLINING FURNITURE, kitchen (fully equipped), dining room and a half bath. The first floor has a bedroom, full bathroom, two car garage and private back entrance with a path to the pool and beach. WiFi is provided. With six beds, you can easily sleep 10 guests. Ring doorbell located on front door. Consider this home for your fall or winter get away. The weather is amazing, water is still warm, beach is quiet and the wind blows less.

The accommodations were warm, and inviting, clean, well organized and the kitchen well equipped. The close proximity to the beach was a plus. We would definitely go back again. We were not prepared for all the stairs. Stairs should be listed in the description for those who have difficulty handling them or have small children.

Very clean and well maintained with plenty of kitchen utensils for use. The garage is a big factor in our choice because we have a Golf Cart and trailer to loco up at night. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This stay was beautiful and the pool and beach were only a walk away. We comfortably fit all 10 guests we took with us. We were in love with all the furniture in the living room and dining room. Access to the door/wifi/pool was easy as the host gave instructions. We had a little trouble finding the showers outside other than by the pool but found one the next day on backside of the bbq pavilion. This place was warmer during the day and cooler at night even with keeping all the doors closed. Could’ve used a fan of some sort in all rooms. Overall would definitely recommend.

We are a group of 9 women I. Town for a tennis match. The condo was perfect for us! Very clean! Great beds, plenty of space. We absolutely loved the grey chairs in The living area! Plenty of dishes, pans and serving pieces!! The close east access to the beach was great and the pool was very clean and appreciated! Thanks for having us!!

This a great place for a family! There were beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels, and a place to rinse off before coming in from the beach. The beach was just about two blocks away. We had a great partial view of the neach. We got the beach pass and drove down the beach and set up.The pool and grilling area were great!The home itself was decorated perfectly with an awesome beach theme.The kitchen was very fully stocked up for cooking meals!The 2 car garage was a plus!We had a great time!

Great place to get away for the holiday!

We had a great time staying for our Thanksgiving celebration. Lots of room and comfortable beds. The kitchen was great for serving up the big feast. Walking distance to the beach is a huge plus. We will be back!

Amazing Location!

What makes this property unique

The sugar white sands on this peaceful shore are pristine, many come here to get away from the bustle of the busier beaches. This beach is the best place for small gatherings or groups to enjoy a quiet day, or even for someone flying solo to take a deep breath and get away from it all. It also serves as one entrance to the Padre Island Seawall, a lovely spot for taking a stroll or bike ride. The windswept shore of Whitecap Beach stretches 1.5 miles, and you’ll easily be able to enjoy:
