Laguna Beach meets a Tropical Canyon! Come enjoy this very unique property nestled in Lower Bluebird Canyon. New construction one bedroom retreat has all the amenities one could want. Private secured keyless entrance from the street, lovely patio with views of the canyon with a babbling brook and serenading frogs in the evenings. All surfaces are quartz, extra large shower and plenty of storage space for clothing. WiFi, YouTube TV and Netflix included. A 10 minute walk to the ocean, restaurants & shops. Beautiful canyon loop walk to east. Parking is free and always available on our street.
