Our large house is ideally located in the countryside, in the centre of the Dordogne and at the gateway to the Perigord Noir.

Description

The house can accommodate 12 people. It is surrounded by a 6,000 m² garden with a portico for the youngest, a barbecue, large garden furniture and sun loungers.

The house is on two levels:

The ground floor comprises,
• 3 double bedrooms with 140x190 beds
• 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
• 1 WC
• 1 large living room with sofa and armchairs, a fireplace, a flat screen TV.
• 1 large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, traditional coffee maker and Tassimo, toaster, refrigerator and other small equipment, as well as a large dining table.
• 1 storage room with washing machine.

Upstairs:
• 3 double bedrooms with 140x190 beds
• 1 hall with reading and games area
• 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet


You can access the village less than two minutes away and find a bakery, a bar-tabac and restaurants.
Less than 10 km away, supermarkets are open.
Nearby, Périgueux, Montignac and its Lascaux Caves, the pretty villages and castles along our beautiful valleys of the Vézère and the Dordogne. Sarlat, Bergerac and Brantôme, our green Venice.

Nearby: the caves of the 100 Mammoths and then those of Les Eyzies, Cro-Magnon country. Don't hesitate to visit its Museum and go to the PIP, International Pole of Prehistory.
In Le Bugue, the tourist offer is rich with its village of Bournat and its aquarium, its animal parks and its canoe trips.
Périgueux, also nearby, offers an international mime festival in July. It attracts lovers of prehistory but also of medieval times.
Montignac and its Lascaux Caves, our pretty villages and castles along our beautiful valleys of the Vézère and Dordogne. Sarlat, jewel of the Périgord Noir; Bergerac, capital of the Périgord Pourpre and its terroir, and Brantôme, our green Venice.

Prices:

School holidays including July/August:
1500€ per week for a reservation from Saturday to Saturday only.

Outside school holidays
157€/ night with a minimum of 4 nights.

Mandatory cleaning fee: 100 €
Deposit to be given at the handover of the keys: 1000 €

Bed linen and towels not provided.
Bed linen option to be requested 15 days before your arrival (- +15€/bed to be paid on arrival).
